1. Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Please note:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or damages.

  • No exchange or return will be accepted for minor color or shine variations due to lighting, screen resolution, or photographic effects.

  • Fashion products are hand-crafted and may have slight variations — these are not considered defects.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • A clear unpacking video (without cuts, edits, or pauses) showing the package opening is mandatory for any return or exchange request.

If the unpacking video is not provided or is unclear, we will be unable to process your return/exchange request.


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. These include:

  • Custom-made or personalized products, personal care products, innerwear's.

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at shop@irragu.in within 3 days of delivery.
If your return request is accepted, our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please ensure:

  • The return parcel is dispatched within 3 days after your return request is approved.

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Customers are required to bear the return shipping costs. Irragu.in will not be responsible for return courier charges.


5. Return Address

You will receive the return address via email once your request is approved.
Please ship your parcel carefully to avoid damage during transit.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:

  • A refund will be initiated within 48 hours to your original payment method.

  • Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.

If your return does not meet our conditions, it will not be approved, and the product will be sent back to you by to pay basis .


7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability and can be made only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or damages.
If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be processed as per the above refund terms.


8. Damage or Wrong Item Received

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and record a clear unpacking video while opening the parcel.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at info@irragu.in within 3 days of receipt with the unpacking video, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.


9. Disputes and Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes or legal matters related to returns, refunds, or transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat (India).
