At Irragu.in, we are committed to delivering your fashion purchases in excellent condition and within the promised time frame.
Please read our Shipping & Handling Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across India and to select international destinations at minimal shipping costs.
Please note that courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so kindly provide your complete street address with PIN code at the time of checkout.

For international deliveries, courier companies may leave the parcel at your doorstep if no one is available to receive it. Irragu.in will not be responsible for any such loss once the package is marked “Delivered” by the courier service.


2. Calculating Shipping Cost

For Domestic Shipments

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order’s destination, weight, and our delivery partner’s rates.
We maintain fair and transparent shipping charges across all orders.

For International Shipments

International shipping and handling charges depend on:

  • The total weight of your order (rounded up to the nearest kilogram after packaging), and

  • The destination country.

International shipping costs are extra and will be communicated via email or WhatsApp before confirming your order.

3. Shipment Processing

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day after confirmation.

  • Dispatch time may vary depending on product availability, location, and order volume.

  • All products are securely packed in polythene and sealed before dispatch.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are indicative only and may vary due to external factors.


4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, including PIN/ZIP code, is accurate and complete.
If incorrect or incomplete details cause a delay or failed delivery, the customer will bear any additional courier or penalty charges.

For any change in address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at shop@irragu.in or via WhatsApp.


5. Deliveries to Hotels, Colleges, or Hostels

Orders delivered to hotels, hostels, colleges, or similar institutions are placed at the customer’s own risk.
If the premises refuse to accept the package, Irragu.in will not issue a refund or replacement under any circumstances.


6. Transit Risk & Insurance

All shipments from Irragu.in will be insured at extra cost to the customer.
If the courier company fails to deliver the order, the customer will not incur any loss.

If you notice any visible damage or tampering with the parcel, please:

  1. Make a clear unpacking video before opening it, and

  2. Contact us immediately with the video as proof.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will wait for 15 working days for courier confirmation before issuing a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with:

  • The tracking number

  • The courier company’s website link, and

  • The estimated delivery date

You can also WhatsApp us to receive tracking updates directly.


8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen courier or logistical issues

  • Weather conditions or natural calamities (e.g., floods, heavy rain, earthquakes, etc.)

  • Government restrictions, strikes, or other external factors

In such cases, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. However, no compensation will be provided for delays beyond our control.


9. VAT, Customs & Duties (For International Orders)

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (if applicable) are not included in the order total.

  • These charges are levied by your local government and must be paid directly by the buyer at the time of delivery.

  • Customs policies vary by country, and Irragu.in has no control over these charges.

  • The courier company may also charge additional service fees based on local regulations.

International customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import rules.


10. What If My Order Is Delayed or Out of Stock

If there is a delay due to stock unavailability or production, we will notify you promptly via email or WhatsApp.
You may choose to:

  • Wait for the product to become available, or

  • Request a replacement or refund.

Please note: Estimated delivery dates are approximate, and Irragu.in is not liable for any losses due to shipping delays.
